What it took to ship 66 products to the Minecraft Marketplace from scratch.

Every product went through the same end-to-end pipeline: concept development, design documentation, asset creation, feature implementation, QA testing, and Marketplace submission. From maps and add-ons to skin packs — each was built from scratch with no templates or reused content.

I managed teams of builders, artists, and testers — coordinating across time zones to hit submission deadlines. The Marketplace review process is strict, so every submission needed to meet Microsoft's quality standards on the first pass.

The creator partnerships with PrestonPlayz (TBNR), BriannaPlayz, Unspeakable, and Aphmau meant working with brands that had tens of millions of subscribers. That added an extra layer of creative direction — every map needed to match the creator's style and audience expectations.
