The operation.
CinemaCraft produced playable Minecraft experiences for TBNR (PrestonPlayz) and BriannaPlayz — channels with a combined audience of over 30 million subscribers.
I led the production pipeline that turned YouTube video titles into fully playable game experiences.
Each concept started as a creator title or idea. My role was to translate that into a buildable experience: validating that the concept could work as gameplay, shaping the structure of the video, and breaking down the required worlds, textures, models, and mechanics. From there, the work moved through asset production, development, QA, and delivery to the creators’ team.
At peak output, we shipped up to seven videos per week across both channels, sustained for over three years without interruption. Maintaining that pace required reliable production systems — concept validation, asset pipelines, project tracking, and development workflows that allowed the team to execute consistently at scale.
